This notice applies to the Stays website, its enquiry and direct-booking services, and related guest communications operated under the Wanderlust Lifespaces brand by Doon Geophysical Consultants Private Limited ("we", "us" or "our"). A property owner, channel partner or payment provider may also provide its own privacy notice for its separate processing.
1. Information we handle
Depending on your interaction, we may handle your name, contact details and address; travel dates, party composition, stay preferences and special requests; booking, invoice and payment status; identity or check-in information required for a stay; correspondence, feedback and support records; and ordinary website technical data such as device, browser, IP address and usage information. Please do not submit sensitive information in a general enquiry unless it is necessary and requested through an appropriate channel.
2. Purposes and legal basis
We use information to respond to requests, provide availability and price information, arrange and administer bookings, process payments through authorised providers, coordinate check-in and guest support, issue transactional communications, maintain records, prevent misuse, resolve disputes and comply with applicable law. Where consent is required for an optional use, including promotional communication, we will seek it separately and honour a valid withdrawal. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed or information that must be retained for a booking or legal obligation.
3. Who may receive information
Relevant information may be shared with the property owner or manager, operating staff, reservation and customer-support teams, payment gateways, hosting and email providers, booking or channel partners, professional advisers and competent authorities, only to the extent needed for their functions or as required by law. Payment card entry is handled through the payment provider's checkout; this website does not ask you to send card details by email or WhatsApp.
4. Retention and protection
We keep records for as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, applicable accounting and legal obligations, safety, claims and dispute resolution. Access is limited to authorised personnel and service providers, with reasonable organisational and technical safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; please notify us promptly if you believe your information has been compromised.
5. Cookies and external services
Essential website technologies may be used to operate the service. Optional Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you choose to allow it on a public page. We use it to understand visits and improve discovery, without deliberately sending guest names, contact details or booking information. Your choice is saved in this browser; clearing browser storage resets it. Public page paths are sent without search parameters, and analytics is disabled on administrator, guest, check-in and private quotation pages. Embedded maps, social links and external booking or payment services may set their own technologies and operate under their own notices. Browser settings can control many cookies, but disabling essential technologies may affect site functions.
6. Your requests
Subject to applicable law and identity verification, you may request information about your personal data, correction or erasure of eligible data, withdrawal of consent for optional uses, and redress of a privacy grievance. Email admin@wanderlustlifespaces.com with sufficient details to locate the record. If a request cannot be fulfilled because of a legal or contractual obligation, we will explain the reason where permitted.
7. Children, changes and contact
Reservations must be made by an adult authorised to provide information about accompanying children.
