This website is operated under the Wanderlust Lifespaces brand by Doon Geophysical Consultants Private Limited ("Wanderlust", "we" or "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms. A confirmed stay is additionally governed by the specific property, price, inclusions, house rules, cancellation terms and other conditions disclosed before confirmation. For a booking made through a third-party channel, that channel's applicable terms also govern its transaction.
1. Listings and availability
We seek to keep listing descriptions, photographs, amenities, rates and availability accurate, but information can change. Photographs are illustrative of the listed property and do not guarantee an identical presentation at arrival. A search result, indicative price or enquiry response is not a confirmed reservation. Partner properties may be inquiry-only until availability and booking conditions are confirmed. An enquiry is not a paid booking without express confirmation.
2. Booking and payment
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to book for all members of your party. Provide complete, accurate guest and contact details and review the final stay summary, taxes, charges, security deposit and property conditions before paying. A direct reservation is confirmed only when the applicable payment and confirmation process is completed and a booking confirmation is issued. Payment processing is handled by the disclosed payment provider; its own terms may apply.
3. Guest obligations
Guests must comply with occupancy limits, check-in and check-out times, identification requirements, property rules, applicable law and reasonable safety instructions. Pets, events, visitors, smoking, extra services and accessibility arrangements are subject to the property's disclosed conditions and prior confirmation where required. You are responsible for damage or additional charges to the extent provided in the disclosed booking conditions and applicable law.
4. Cancellations, changes and refunds
The property-specific terms shown before booking take priority for that reservation. Our Cancellation & Refunds Policy explains the process and precedence; it does not replace a more specific property or third-party channel policy. Any change request depends on availability, the relevant property's approval and any revised price or charge.
5. Website use and intellectual property
Website copy, design and media may not be copied, republished, scraped at scale or commercially reused without permission or a lawful basis. Do not interfere with security, submit false bookings, misuse guest or owner information, or upload unlawful content. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for their separate content or practices.
6. Service issues and applicable rights
If an issue arises before or during a stay, contact our reservations or guest-service team promptly so it can be investigated and, where possible, remedied. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control; this does not limit liability where such a limitation is prohibited.
