Cancellations made 30 days before check-in receive a full refund. Between 14 and 29 days, choose a 100% Future Stay Voucher or 90% refund; between 7 and 13 days, a 60% voucher or 50% refund; and between 3 and 6 days, a 30% voucher or 20% refund. Cancellations received within 72 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
